I picked up the Spirited jacket with Ryan Reynolds for a present. The way the company kept in touch was impressive. The style and quality of the jacket totally exceeded my expectations!

Watch out, this company is utilizing photos that aren’t theirs for their letterman jackets. You might end up with something that looks nothing like what you had in mind.

I placed an order for this jacket at the start of December as a Christmas present and forked out $15 for quick shipping to make sure it arrived on time. Unfortunately, it didn’t ship when it was supposed to, so I contacted the company and they said they’d send a receipt for a refund on my shipping costs. That never came back. Thankfully, I got my order on December 23rd, but the jacket was way too small, even though I followed the size guide on the site. I reached out again and was told that if I coughed up another $50, they’d send me an XL jacket and I could keep the Large that didn’t fit instead of going through the hassle of returning it. I paid the extra $50, got the new order after a bit, and guess what? They sent me a 2XL instead of the XL I asked for. Now I’ve spent over $200 and I’m stuck with one jacket that’s too small and another that’s too big. Stacy emailed me to check on my experience, and I was nice enough to explain how unhappy I was and shared the whole saga. She wanted pictures of the 2XL jacket I got as a replacement, which I sent right away. She promised to get back to me soon about my issue. It’s been over three weeks now, and I haven’t heard a peep from her or anyone else about my complaint. I reached out a couple of days ago to see if there were any updates, but still nothing. I really doubt I’ll hear back. Extremely let down.

I got the Amy Fleming Jacket from Heartland. From the moment I placed my order to when it arrived, the whole process was super smooth. After my order was in, Dana Brooks reached out to check on the size I picked. I had gone with an XL, but she asked if I had checked the size chart. Turns out, I hadn’t! I usually wear a L, so I thought XL would do, but after looking at the chart, I figured out I actually needed a 2XL. I was really thankful she pointed that out. I shot a few emails asking about the shipping, and they got back to me right away. When my jacket showed up, it fit like a glove, all thanks to Dana. I’m totally in love with it! I contacted them again because the washing instructions were a bit unclear, and once again, Dana responded quickly, apologized, and gave me the right info. Overall, I was thrilled with the entire experience and the care they put into it.

I really love this green suede coat. For sure, I’m gonna buy another jacket.

I placed an order for a jacket on 12/13 as a Christmas gift for my daughter, and I got a confirmation email. But since then, I haven't received any updates, despite sending two messages. Long story short, my daughter didn't get her jacket for Christmas, and I'm still waiting for a reply to my letters.

Stacy and her crew made sure I was always in the loop about my order's status. The quality was solid, and I got my stuff sooner than I thought I would. I'll definitely be coming back to this company!

You won't find a jacket that comes closer to what Ted Lasso sports in the series. I checked out a ton of different sellers with various takes on this jacket, but only The Movie Fashion had the exact one I wanted. It's made from woven polyester and looks almost just like the one from the show—way better than the nylon versions that a lot of other places are pushing. The communication from The Movie Fashion was top-notch; Dana was super patient with all my questions and made sure I got my jacket right on schedule. While I was checking out a Vin Diesel flick (the last witch hunter), I spotted this cool jacket he had on. I went online to hunt it down and, sure enough, I found it. It's pretty straightforward and chic, but not over the top. Definitely something I could rock in public.

I purchased a Quicksilver jacket and I gotta say, the quality is top-notch. It's real leather, and I'm really pleased with both the craftsmanship and the service from the shop. I purchased the Mr. Robot jacket made of canvas. Because of the ongoing pandemic, they couldn't provide expedited shipping and refunded that fee. They also issued a partial refund for the hassle of the delay... but I still received the jacket, and it fits perfectly! I get tons of compliments from the few folks I know who have seen the show. All in all, it was a fantastic customer experience! I'm definitely planning to order something else soon!

I picked up the Monica Dutton coat in brown leather with a fur trim. It's genuine leather, and I really dig her style. The length is perfect for keeping my hips warm. I'm planning to treat the leather since it seems like everything sticks to it. That should help it stay looking fresh for a longer time. The quality is definitely worth the price. Living in Canada, it came through customs as a gift, which saved me some cash. I'm super pleased with my buy!
